In english please …!

Please tell us something about yourself!

  • I am from… and for the past few years I have been living in …
  • I graduated from … University in … after studying …
  • I would like to join your company, because …
  • My hobbies and interests are …

Why should we hire you?

  • I would describe myself as a hard working, honest and open-minded person who likes to take on responsibility. I also work well under pressure and would consider myself a team player.

Why are you leaving your current job?

  • It does not live up to my expectations. I don’t think that there is any room left for me to grow there. I would like to take on more responsibility in a company that is still growing, which is why I would like to work for you!

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

  • Five years from now I would like to occupy a senior position in …, but I could also imagine taking on a managerial role if the opportunity arises. What are your strenghts?
  • I would consider … to be my strongest trait. I have always been great at … Being … has always helped me to go through difficult situations in my work life.

How do you solve difficult situations at work?

  • I always try to remain calm and come up with a rational solution for the problem. Sometimes that includes a lot of thinking, but I believe everything can be solved eventually. If I felt like I wasn't making any progress, I would turn to competent people who have more experience than me.
